Order
Add the items you want to purchase to your shopping cart. You can edit the shopping cart until payment, where the items and prices are displayed.
Payment
When you have added the desired items to the shopping cart and are ready to order, click on “proceed to checkout”. Here you enter your card information, delivery method, name, address, phone number and email address. Butik Smagløs will then receive and process your order as soon as possible.
Prices
The prices shown on www.smaglos.com include 25% VAT and use the following currencies for pricing: Denmark - Kroner / DKK. We reserve the right to make corrections and out-of-stock items.
Payment
We only collect the money when the order is shipped. Butik Smagløs tag accepts the following payment methods:

- MobilePay
There is no fee charged for payment by credit card or MobilePay.
Order confirmation
When you have ordered an item from www.smaglos.com, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This takes into account sold-out items or possible errors on the site.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders are shipped from day to day within the store's opening hours. In the event that one or more items are out of stock, you will be contacted by the store.
Butik Smagløs ships with GLS, which handles deliveries to both private and business customers. The delivery time is 1-3 business days. If you do not receive anything from GLS regarding pickup within 3 business days, please contact Butik Smagløs on tel. 23280333 or butik@smaglos.com.
The goods are shipped in Denmark with GLS to your entered delivery address. You will receive an email/sms from GLS. All packages can be tracked via the GLS website.
Free Shipping
Smaglos.com offers free shipping on purchases over DKK 799 in Denmark.
For purchases under DKK 799, the shipping price is DKK 49.
Buy and pick up at the store in Fredericia
Butik Smagløs offers pick-up of your order in our store by writing this at the time of purchase in the notes field before the order is completed. If you want your order wrapped in connection with, for example, a gift, please also note this. Gift wrapping is of course free of charge. You will receive an email/message when your order is ready for pick-up.
Also remember to bring your order confirmation when picking up in store.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
Right of withdrawal
At www.smaglos.com, we grant a 14-day right of withdrawal, effective from the date of receipt. Requests for withdrawal must be notified to Butik Smagløs no later than 14 days after receipt of the order and must reach us no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal.
IMPORTANT: If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Sunday or Monday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday.
Certain goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal, for example edible products.
Return
All you have to do is notify Butik Smagløs about it by email: butik@smaglos.com. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation/invoice when returning.
NOTE!! Shipping costs as a result of cancellation are at the buyer's expense. This also applies to purchases over DKK 799, as you as the buyer have received free shipping when the order is shipped to you. The free shipping for purchases over DKK 799 does NOT apply if the order is returned!!!
Returns must be made via shipping company GLS or Post Nord. Return packages must be delivered by courier.

NOTE! When returning shoe boxes, they must be packed properly when returned. Shoe boxes may not be used as shipping boxes. You are responsible for the package until Butik Smagløs receives it. Therefore, it is a good idea to save the postal receipt and any track and trace number. This allows the package to be tracked if there is a delay or failure of packages.
Packages sent by cash on delivery will not be accepted.
Returns in physical store
An item purchased on the webshop can be returned to our physical store, Gothersgade 35, 7000 Fredericia. Remember to bring your invoice/order confirmation.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please notify us at butik@smaglos.com. Then return the item and place a new order via the webshop. When we receive the returned item, the money will be transferred to your account. Remember to enclose the invoice/order confirmation when returning.
Refund
When we receive the returned item, we will check it and you will be refunded the amount you paid to us for the purchase. The amount will always be refunded to the same payment method that you used to pay for the purchase. According to consumer regulations, the amount must be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the item. At Butik Smagløs, the money is generally refunded after receipt of the returned item.
Please note that you may lose the purchase amount in whole or in part if the value of the item is impaired by the following:
• The item has been put into use
• Sticker or label is missing or has been removed completely or partially.
• The item(s) were damaged while you were responsible.
• Mishandling of the goods, which was not necessary for you to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
• You have not followed the restrictions on the right of withdrawal.
We reserve the right, after an assessment in each case, to reduce the refund or to waive the refund altogether. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

COMPLAINT
COMPLAINT
Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the defect rules. This means that you can either have a defective product repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other harmful behavior. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. You have a 2-year right of complaint, but it is recommended that you complain as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.
