Balla Top is a casual, feminine top with long sleeves made from cotton scraps. The top is delicately decorated with ruffles made with scallop edges. In the neckline you will find a small ruffle and a slit in the middle of the front. You can tie it at the front of the neck using the bow tie set, or you can wear it open. The sleeves have elastic inside the sleeve opening for a lovely balloon effect.
